This class is designed for beginners through intermediate students. In a kindle flow class, students will be guided through postures by using conscious breath, holding postures, transitioning smoothly and opening slowly and mindfully with the ability to move deeper into one’s body and soul.

The Ignite flow class invites mindful awareness, breath and fluid movements. We move gradually building off a series of flows linking breath with movement. We allow the body to open gracefully attentively and consciously. Each class has a different theme or intention, clear alignment cues, skillfully building an awareness and acceptance of the students own unique body and mind. This is an all levels class done in a warm room
Yin Yoga is a slower, more pared-back practice, in which most of the postures are sitting. It has a deeply mindful and meditative quality, allowing us to become truly present with what is, in the moment. All the poses are held for a sustained period of time (often three to five minutes), but there’s an attitude of real softness, and an emphasis on relaxing muscular tissue. In this way, we work harmoniously with the subtle body anatomy, encouraging the fascia and connective tissues gently towards mobility and optimal health.
Yin Yoga gives us the space to slow down, and to stay with our experiences in the body, cultivating a greater awareness and acceptance, rather than rushing onto the next pose or thing. By giving ourselves this attention and spaciousness, we bring about a greater clarity, a sense of harmony and peacefulness, allowing us to experience greater ease, balance, and calm.

Mixed level is an alignment-oriented practice that emphasizes the forms and actions within yoga postures. Traditional poses are held in accurate alignment for each individual body. Emphasis is placed on core strength, flexibility and balance as well as concentration and conscious breathing. This class is based on physical postures, deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to the body.
